DUI Arrest is Life-Changing. Sam Dennis Can Help Get Your Life Back.
When you’re facing dire consequences for a DUI accusation, a great lawyer makes all the difference in the world.
Sam Dennis has a masterful understanding of DUI law. He teaches classes for other lawyers who want to learn how to win DUI cases. He’s one of the few lawyers in the Southeast who has advanced training in DUI standardized field sobriety testing.
“That means I’ve been to the same training school as the cops,” says Sam. “Most of the time, I have the same training—or more advanced training—than the officer who arrested you.”
Prosecutors know that Sam Dennis is going to work a DUI case harder than any lawyer out there. Why? Because taking someone’s liberty is the most serious thing you can do to a person. Sam expects our government to adhere to basic rules of fairness. He insists that the government does more than simply suggest that a person has done something wrong.
If the state’s case isn’t ironclad, Sam finds the cracks. There are literally hundreds of issues that the state must prove in order to convict a person of DUI. Sam assails the case from every angle so that you have the best chance to win your case.
“I insist that the state adheres to its burden of proof, and if it doesn’t, I win.”

The first thing is to remain silent. When the police officer asks for your license, give it to him without a word. Do not answer any questions whatsoever, even it seems awkward–even if the officers continues to ask you questions. Remaining silent prevents confusion that often leads to wrongful convictions.
Then call me immediately, or have someone call me on your behalf. There are strict deadlines for filing administrative appeals, pre-trial motions, requests for information, etc.
The “lawyer answer” to this question is: it depends. I cannot guarantee a win in every circumstance, and no lawyer can. But I can guarantee that you will get my best effort. I have more than 20 years of experience winning acquittals, dismissals, and reductions–even in the most difficult cases. I am as comfortable in the courtroom as I am in my living room. I will work a DUI case as hard or harder than any lawyer.
The good news is that initial consultations are free. Fees vary based on the circumstances of your case. I’ve never been accused of being cheap. Sometimes my fees seem high, but so are the consequences for having the wrong lawyer. You’ve blown it once. Don’t blow it twice. Call me for a free consultation.
